Terms of Service

SarabMail (سراب ميل) is a temporary, inbound-only email product operated by Thamer (Kuwait). It issues disposable addresses on separate mail domains, stores the messages that arrive, and offers a REST API for the same thing.

SarabMail does not send email. It does not relay mail, and it does not receive disposable mail on sarabmail.com. That domain is the website, the API, and the brand mailboxes support@sarabmail.com and abuse@sarabmail.com.

A guest address is created in the browser and expires on its own. An API key is a credential for the developer plans. There is no separate customer account.

Free: $0. Ads on marketing pages only, about one hour of storage, and public mail domains. Nothing is charged.

Plus: $3.99 per month, or $29 per year. No ads, 10 inboxes, 30-day storage, public mail domains, and reserved domains when the pool has them.

Pro: $7.99 per month, or $59 per year. Permanent inboxes, one custom domain, a forwarding hook, a light API (2,000 emails per month), and public plus reserved domains.

API Free: $0. 100 emails per month on public mail domains.

Starter: $12 per month, or $9 per month when billed yearly. 5,000 emails per month, webhooks, and public plus API mail domains.

Team: $39 per month, or $29 per month when billed yearly. 50,000 emails per month, one private subdomain, and webhooks.

Business: $99 per month, or $79 per month when billed yearly. 300,000 emails per month, three private domains, webhooks, and forwarding.

Enterprise: from $299 per month. Volume and limits are agreed, and the plan is not self-serve until a price is published.

Prices are in US dollars. Paddle may add tax based on where the buyer is. The pricing pages are the current catalog: https://sarabmail.com/en/pricing and https://sarabmail.com/ar/pricing.

Paid plans are sold through Paddle. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries related to payments and handles returns.

SarabMail does not store card numbers. Paddle charges the price shown at checkout, including any tax it calculates. A subscription renews for the same interval until it is canceled. Canceling stops the next renewal. The plan then returns to Free or API Free when the paid period ends.

Enterprise is quoted from $299 per month and is confirmed in writing before it is billed.

You may use an address to receive mail you are willing to lose. Storage is temporary except on plans that include permanent inboxes. When an inbox expires, its messages are deleted.

The Acceptable Use policy is part of these terms. We may refuse a message, retire a domain, delete an inbox, or revoke an API key when the use breaks that policy or puts the service at risk.

Mail can be delayed, dropped, or blocked by the sender. Delivery is not guaranteed. Do not use SarabMail as the only copy of a message you need to keep.
